Judge Thomas Laker of the United Nations Disputes Tribunal in Geneva, judge in charge of the case brought by current and former ICTY staff members regarding their rights to the conversion to permanent appointments, has scheduled oral hearings for 27-29 October.
Litigants from the Ademagic et al. group will be represented by their council, April Carter and Robbie Leighton. Staff Union Legal Committee Chair, Kelly Schmidt, will also be in attendance. If possible, a video link will be made available in the ICTY in The Hague. Details to follow.
