In conformance with the United Nations Staff Rules, the Staff Union acts as a body representative of the staff and enables the staff to form and voice its concerns and opinions individually and collectively to the Registrar, Administration, Management and other relevant persons and bodies of the ICTY and the MICT.

 

In a context of ICTY final stage, subsequent downsizing of staff and establishment of the MICT, the Staff Union faces many challenges identifying, examining and resolving issues relating to staff.
